EXPO & Bib Pickup
Bib Pickup: The San Jose Giant Race will NOT mail any packets in 2013. Instead, we're offering you several convenient options to pick up your bib and timing chip during race week, including pick up times in both San Francisco and San Jose.
*Fun Fact: YES, you may pick up a family member or friend's packet. You will need to bring a photocopy of their ID, as well as a printout of their confirmation. You're welcome!
Baseball Tickets: please note that all baseball tickets will be distributed at packet pickup. We will not distribute tickets at will call. You must come to packet pickup to receive your baseball tickets. Extra tickets will be on sale for $5.
San Francisco - Thursday, May 30th - AT&T Park Field Club Lounge (5:30pm - 8:00pm)
The Field Club Lounge entrance is located directly adjacent to Willie Mays Plaza (right smack in the front of AT&T Park). Parking is FREE for 20 minutes in Lot A by downloading, printing, and displaying THIS FORM.
San Jose - Friday, May 31st - Sharks Ice Atrium (4:00pm - 8:00pm)
Sharks Ice is located directly adjacent to Municipal Stadium in San Jose (1500 South 10th Street, San Jose, 95112). Parking is FREE for those who use the San Jose State Track parking lot (see map below). The Sharks Ice parking lot is reserved for those attending The San Jose Giants game at 7:00pm that evening. But don't worry, the track is just across the street, so you can handle it.
Start Line - Saturday, June 1st - 6:00am - 7:00am
Don't abuse this privilege guys, seriously. Please only use race day packet pickup if you absolutely cannot attend packet pickup the days prior. Get there early, be patient, and understand that we cannot guarantee you receipt of your packet in time for the gun. No distance changes allowed race morning. Thanks for being grownups!
EXPO: expo is such a boring word, isn't it? So we're going to call it a Post-Race Tailgate. Now that sounds better, right? Either way we mean it when we say tailgate. After your field finish, we'll have Turkey Mike's BBQ area open for business at Municipal Stadium, complete with ribs, chicken, and beer. Hang out, warm down, fuel up, and get ready for your free baseball game that evening.
